Returns & Exchanges
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Original tags and packaging must be intact

Proof of purchase is required
All return requests must be submitted through our return process and approved before items are sent back.
Approved Return Resolutions
HH Nalia does not offer refunds to the original payment method.
Approved returns are eligible for one of the following only:

Variant exchange (same item in a different size or color, subject to availability)

Store credit (issued as a digital gift card)
