  • Processing times do not include weekends or holidays

  • During high-volume periods (launches, holidays, events), processing times may be extended


Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • Once shipped, tracking information is provided via email

  • HH Nalia is not responsible for carrier delays after shipment


Free Shipping

  • Free shipping on orders over $200 (U.S. only, unless stated otherwise)


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses cannot be replaced or refunded.


Lost or Stolen Packages

HH Nalia is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. For delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly.
